My experience here was beyond wonderful. The masseuse and esthetician were both extremely skilled and so so sweet. I was so relaxed by the end of my session in fact that I accidentally left my necklace that I had removed prior the session and forgot to put back on before leaving. When I called the spa later that evening, the wonderful Yasf answered and told me that they had closed for the day, but he was personally willing to meet me there after hours so I could pick up my necklace that night since I would be leaving Hawaii the following morning! I retrieved my necklace and Yasf’s gesture made me feel so considered and cared for. These people really go above and beyond.
